BIRMINGHAMS LEADING ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Step 1 - Get in touch
The first stop to making a compensation claim is to get in touch with us for free on 0121 327 0382 or by requesting a call back using the form on the right. After speaking with us, we can tell you whether you have a claim or not.
You may feel hesitant about putting your claim through, but you can ask for our advice without submitting your case. Our advice will give you a rough idea on whats going to happen, without the claim actually going through. We’ll never push you into claiming, this is because the choice is yours.
After your questions have been answered and we’ve found out a bit more about what you’ve been through, we’ll be ale to let you know whether you could make a compensation claim. We are more then happy to take the claim on for you.
Step 2 - Speak to one of our solicitor firms
Once you have decided to go through with your claim, we will put you through to one of the top leading solicitor firms in the country, they will have experience working with cases like yours. If you have any remaining questions then they will be more then happy to help.
You can then either ring Alpha Claims & Hire or ring you solicitor for an update on your case – we will be on hand to answer any questions you have and keep you updated on your progress. To be able to help you make a claim, they’ll need to ask for some more details about your injury and the impact it’s had on your life – this is so that they can make sure you receive all the compensation you’re owed.
Step 3 - Compensation is negotiated
This is where your solicitor will be able to do most of the hard work for you, leaving you with the time and space to concentrate on your recovery. They’ll let you know of any offers made by the other party and can tell you whether they think the offers are fair. This part of your claim will include an assessment of your injuries by a doctor.
The other party involved will then have 21 days to acknowledge your letter of claim and will either admit or deny liability for your injuries. If the other party denies liability then your solicitor will work to gather evidence to prove that the accident was the 3rd parties fault.
Step 4 - Compensation is negotiated
If your claim is successful, then you’ll receive your compensation, which will be often paid by the other part’s insurance company.
It’s difficult for us to say exactly how long it will take to get your claim settled as their are many factors that take place that are out of our control. But once your claim has been settled, you’ll usually receive your compensation quite quickly – normally within two weeks to a month.
